From Ajaxilicious
All these started back in 2005 when we had the idea to develop a site to keep track of your movies. The concept was simple. Any registered user could add a movie to their catalog. Users could browse other public catalogs and then add other people's movies to their catalog. At that time Ajaxilicious was born.
After 3 years due to some unfortunate events we had to stop supporting the project. Now, 5 years after the first launch, we decided to give this another shot. We added tons of new features and a brand new interface. We also transfered all the data from Ajaxilicious to Narvoo so users will continue where they left off.
Technicalities
Narvoo is running on Zend Framework with lots of love and some really trained tech hamsters. Movie data are automatically fetched from The Movie Database's awesome API.
Currently we are serving 3439 users and keep track of 24573 movies.
