Refund Policy for Narvoo.com

Thank you for purchasing our Done-For-You digital products on WarriorPlus. We want you to be completely satisfied. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you change your mind—or for any other reason aren’t happy—just follow the steps below.
1. Cancellation & Refund Rights
- Timeframe: All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- “No-Questions-Asked”: You may request a full refund for any reason, including simply changing your mind.
- Legal Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional cancellation rights under local consumer protection laws. Please consult your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office for details.
2. Additional Refund Considerations
While we honor all valid 30-day requests, we may also consider refunds for:
- Download Issues: If you’re unable to download your product due to technical problems, contact us at contact@narvoo.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, you’re entitled to a full refund.
- Irreparable Defects: Although our products undergo thorough testing, unexpected errors can occur. Submit details of any critical defect to contact@narvoo.com; if the issue cannot be fixed, we will issue a refund.
- Product Not as Described: If the delivered product materially differs from its demo or description, let us know which features or content do not match. We will review each case individually and refund when appropriate.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your WarriorPlus account.
- Find your Narvoo purchase and click “Request Refund.”
- Send an email to contact@narvoo.com including:
- Your WarriorPlus Transaction ID
- Purchase date
- A brief note (e.g., “I’d like to request a 30-day refund for my Narvoo DFY product.”)
4. Processing Your Refund
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
5. Expiration & Declines
- After 30 Days: Requests received after the 30-day window will not be honored.
- Policy Abuse: Multiple refund requests for the same product by the same customer may be declined.
- Support-Only Requests: Requests solely for additional training, minor customizations, or general product support are not eligible for a refund. We’re happy to help with those via email.
