Importing the Complete Site
Install All-in-One WP Migration (provided ZIP) before importing to avoid size limits.
- Install & Activate Migration Plugin
- Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → select
all-in-one-wp-migration.zip→ Install Now → Activate.
- Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → select
- Import Backup
- All-in-One WP Migration → Import → Import From → File → choose the
.wpressbackup → Proceed to overwrite. - Wait for import to complete.
- All-in-One WP Migration → Import → Import From → File → choose the
- Refresh Permalinks
- Settings → Permalinks → click Save Changes twice.
Customizing Site Identity, Menus & Styles
Update Site Title & Logo
- Appearance → Customize → Site Identity.
- Change Site Title and Tagline to your brand.
- Upload Site Logo (250×100px recommended).
- Click Publish.

Configure Menus
- Appearance → Menus.
- Select Primary Menu, edit items (Home, Services, Booking, Contact).
- Enable Open in new tab for any external links.
- Click Save Menu.

- Plugins → Installed Plugins → ensure Elementor Pro is active.
- Edit Templates
- Templates → Theme Builder → customize Header, Footer, and Single Service layouts.
- Use Widgets
- Drag Nav Menu, Logo, Button, or Shortcode (for booking) widgets.
- Global Styles
- In Elementor, open Site Settings → Global Colors & Typography.
- Define site-wide brand colors and typography.
- Click Update.

Configuring WP Mail SMTP
To guarantee email delivery for confirmations and notifications.
- Install & Activate
- Plugins → Add New, search WP Mail SMTP by WPForms, Install & Activate.
- General Settings
- WP Mail SMTP → Settings
- From Email:
noreply@fit.your-domain.com - From Name: “Weight Loss for Busy Women”
- Enable Force From Email/Name.
- Configure Mailer
- Select your SMTP provider (SMTP server, SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.).
- Enter SMTP Host, Port (465/587), Encryption (SSL/TLS), Username, Password.
- Click Save Settings.
- Test Email
- In Email Test, send to your email to confirm.

- Install & Activate
- Plugins → Add New, search WPForms, Install & Activate.
- Create a Form
- WPForms → Add New → select a template (e.g., Contact Form).
- Notification Settings
- Settings → Notifications → set Send To your support email.
- Ensure From Name/Email match SMTP settings.
- Embed in Elementor
- Drag WPForms widget into a page, select your form, Update.
- Test submission and confirm receipt.
